Throughout my career I have excelled at organizing events, people, and productions. Examples of this can be seen in my fiscal, functional, and personnel management of the arts program at Idyllwild Arts. Tangible examples of my work include the planning and execution of a Clowns Without Borders Awareness Raising Event, a musical theatre intensive in connection with Believe NYC, and numerous guest artist and productions over my 20+ year career.

My background in theatre provided me with many opportunities for empathetic listening. I enjoy the use of technology for supporting communication by way of emails, video chats, and social media. As an academic writer, I excel at thorough research skills with clear narrative purpose. My intellectual curiosity fuels my love of learning.
Team Dynamics
Team work and group dynamics are central to who I am as a leader. Through 2 complete WASC/CAIS accreditation cycles, I have successfully solicited and facilitated campus wide participation in our holistic process. I love working with all members of the organization and value a full-perspective approach to organizational culture.
